Appointments at the Atlanta Location with Majidah
When booking your appointments at Spa Matrix please be aware of these policies:
We have temporarily suspended online scheduling to allow us to implement our COVID-19 safety protocols. To schedule your appointment, contact us by sending a message here, via telephone or text. If we do not respond immediately, we will be in touch as soon as possible.
A $50 deposit is required to schedule facial appointments. Deposit is charged at the time of scheduling, and you will receive an appointment confirmation email & reminder text. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Zelle online payments. One of these forms of payment is needed to schedule your appointment. We do not accept cash.
Treatments may be scheduled Tuesday thru Sunday. Spa Matrix is open by appointment only from 9am – 7pm. Other days and times may be available upon special request.
Discounts and Insider Specials
We are proud of our front-line workers! We honor all military, police, fire, EMT, medical and educational professionals with a 20% discount on their treatment. Simply show your ID for the discount to be applied at checkout. Also ask about our 50% discount for client referrals! For product discounts and promotions, skincare & wellness tips and to participate in our client appreciation drawings, be sure to join our Facebook Group!
Cancellation Policy
We require 24-hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Less than 24-hours notice or "no shows" will forfeit the appointment deposit. Please Note: Cancellation policy will be waived if you are ill.
The Day Of Your Visit…
Please plan to arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to your appointment start time.
For best results, we recommend arriving makeup free if possible, and remove contact lenses if applicable.
Late arrivals, in most cases, will not receive an extension of treatment time and will be responsible for full payment for treatment.
We retail professional skincare products and makeup for your convenience. Inquire at your appointment for more information.
