In order to maintain a pleasant experience for all of our clients, we kindly request that you read and follow our policies!

  • We recommend our Customized Renewal Treatment for your first appointment. During this personalized facial, we will ascertain what your unique needs are and create a customized treatment plan. However, for a more luxurious experience, the Oxygen Renewal Treatment is the better choice! If you have a big event coming up and never had a facial before, schedule your appointment at least a week before the event.

    The minimum age is 14 for spa treatments and teenagers must be accompanied by an adult.

    A patch test for all chemical peels and tinting treatments must be performed at least 24 hours in advance.

    Please do not shave right before your appointment. If you are having a morning facial, feel free to shave before bed, and if you are having an evening facial, you may shave first thing in the morning. Remember, shaving is a form of exfoliation, and we wouldn’t want to irritate your skin further.

    Appointment Basics:
    o Arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any paperwork and relax.
    o Avoid wearing makeup, perfume, jewelry, or tight clothing that may interfere with your treatment or service. Remove contact lenses.
    o Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, and spicy foods before and after your treatment or service.

  • We understand that things can happen. We value your time, and hope you value ours. In the event you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 24-hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Less than 24-hours' notice or "no shows" will forfeit appointment deposit. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please communicate them before committing to an appointment.

  • All clients' payment methods are safely and securely stored on file using our POS system. Our POS system uses Stripe, the world’s leading secure and PCI compliant online payment processor.

  • Discriminatory/Derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the spa and will not be tolerated. Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

  • Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your service provider will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or shared with outside companies.
