During our new client facial consultation & skin analysis, the health assessment portion of the client questionnaire will flag any health conditions, and your esthetician or service provider will advise whether you should avoid certain treatments. Conversely, we can recommend treatments to help address certain health concerns.

Some of the most requested treatments are microdermabrasion, Glo2Facial, chemical peels, oxygen therapy, LED Light Therapy, Jet Plasma (advanced technology that replaces microneedling), microcurrent, cryotherapy, Red Light Full Body Treatment, CLAS Therapy, Halo Sauna, pressotherapy, dermaplaning, microblading, and eyelash extensions.

• To be greeted by your esthetician and escorted to a private room.
• To be asked to undress to your comfort level and wear the robe or spa wrap provided. A brassiere is optional. Underpants should remain on unless getting waxing services. We offer disposable underwear for intimate waxing services. Just remember that all estheticians are trained in special draping techniques to ensure that the only exposed part of the body is the area being worked on at the time.
• To be explained the procedure, benefits, risks, and aftercare instructions by your esthetician.
• To be asked for your feedback and preferences regarding the pressure, temperature, music, lighting, and aroma of your treatment or service.

To take care of your skin after your treatment or service at Spa Matrix, your esthetician will recommend skincare products and email home care instructions to you.

To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend scheduling all treatments and use of the spa facilities (e.g., spa lunch for Platinum Perks Members) in advance. However, time permitting we will add any upgrades requested on your Experience Customization Form!

The minimum age is 14 for treatments and teenagers must be accompanied by an adult.

A patch test for all chemical peels and tinting treatments must be performed at least 24 hours in advance.

It’s best that you feel comfortable going into your treatment and if showering induces a sense of well-being for you, by all means shower.

Please do not. If you are having a morning facial, feel free to shave before bed, and if you are having an evening facial, you may shave first thing in the morning. Remember, shaving is a form of exfoliation, and we wouldn’t want to irritate your skin further.

Your esthetician or service provider will indicate the end of the treatment and will depart the room so that you can put your robe on again (if removed). They will return to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Then, explain post treatment care, recommend home care products, schedule your next appointment and escort you to the restroom or front desk.

If you are pleased with your treatment, a customary tip ranges from 15%-20%+. At Spa Matrix we use Tippy. At the front desk and via text, you will receive the Tippy QR code to send the tip directly to your esthetician or service provider.
